We welcome all regardless of ability and fitness level. If you’re searching for a fun high energy cardio session this combat sport will teach you self defence through the “art of eight limbs”. You will discipline your body using fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Classes are suitable for beginners through to the more advanced. With heavy focus on technique and correct safe pad holding. Instructors will keep you energised and focused on your goals and dreams by keeping you accountable.
Extra Pad rounds and 1 on 1 sessions are available at request. Fight training is also available for those interested in pursuing the combat side and jumping in the ring. Coaches are knowledgeable in the whole fight experience and will coach you completely through the whole process for those that qualify.
